How do traffic fines work with long-term corporate rentals in UAE? Will I know immediately if I get fined?

Traffic fines are issued to the vehicle registration, which is the rental company's name. They receive the fine notification and then bill it to you. Timing varies - some fines appear within days, others take weeks. Octane Rent forwards fine notifications to me via email and WhatsApp as soon as they receive them, then adds the fine amount to my next monthly invoice. Some companies add an admin fee (10-20 AED) per fine on top of the actual fine amount. Keep receipts of all fines paid in case of any billing disputes with the rental company later.
