Our product launch is in three weeks and we just realized

Hello everyone. Our product launch is in three weeks and we just realized we need a /24 for the new region, with an LOA for our upstream. I'm trying to figure out whether a lease or a transfer fits the timeline. How long do transfers usually take, and are there realistic ways to get IPv4 within days rather than weeks? We have budget, just not time. The upstream already agreed to announce the prefix, but they want the paperwork done at least a week before launch. Our CTO is nervous and keeps asking me for a plan B.

With three weeks to go, I'd lease. A RIR transfer typically takes a week or two at RIPE NCC and sometimes longer once checks pile up. InterLIR Global advertises leasing of IPv4 with the LOA delivered within 24 hours after verification, and says no RIR transfer is needed because they assign from their own inventory. Do the verification paperwork early, since that's where days disappear. I'd also confirm your upstream accepts their LOA format before the lease starts. Ask about the lease start date too: the LOA clock matters more than the contract signing date, since you can't announce before it arrives. Having your upstream pre-approve a template LOA helps.
